I have 12 students and a dozen A1s with AMS Lite. Using mostly Sunlu or Elegoo… Use what we can get… We have downloaded about 5 very common Lightbox designs for print… only 2 were what we call full success… Many ripped apart at color seams… We tried taking them off quickly after finish, we tried letting them cool… a simple US ARMY lightbox… not many angles, curves, pieces., these should be easily success right ? Have set walls to 1 have tried .16 first later, have tried slowing first layer… We have tried many suggestions individually with little success… although we see many completed kits online … These are new machines… 20-40 prints each maybe. EVERY other print othert than these thin lightboxes , great… whats the trick to get it to print in 1 piece 1st layer, and get it off the bed in one piece ? using soapy water to clean between prints , tried ISO , tried just hot water clean. students wanna skip the lightboxes move on to lamps . . but these are quicker and less $ project and love the concept . thx in advance
