Y-axis offset problem? flow calibration seems not right

Hi, it seems like there is a problem with my printer/heatbed/coolplate. Every time I print, it seems that the lines that the printer draws on the outer top edge (to calibrate???) are outside the norm on the y-side. I have outlined the lines I mean in red on a picture. If the plate is not 100% at the back of the catch edges of the bed, it is sometimes even that he does not even print it completely on the print bed. What could be the reason for this?
