Lip on outer wall of print

Hi.
Difficult to explain so bare with.
I’m getting a lip on my prints where there is a level change.
Please see pictures.

Basically, on the outer wall, where the print has finished the bottom and the wall continues to print, i end up with a very slight lip / bump all the way around.
Its only about 0.1mm but i can see and feel it.

Does anyone know the cause and fix?

I’m getting this with different models not just this one.
With different layer heights and speed’s.


It’s the (in)famous water/hull line and comes from a big difference in layer-time between the solid bottom to the wall only print above.
Designing a fillet on the insider corner makes that transition more gradual thus less visible.
