Live Chat blocked for my account, warranty denied, 8 tickets ignored [EU]

This does not answer the OP either.

The OP asks whether other EU customers have experienced Live Chat becoming inaccessible, warranty claims being denied, or repeated support tickets being ignored.

Your reply does not address Live Chat, warranty handling, ticket delays, EU consumer rights, or Bambu Lab support conduct. It is just commentary about the thread itself, followed by another remark about AI-created content.

Calling the thread a “train crash” is not an answer to the topic. It is another derail.

So again, the on-topic question is simple:

Have you experienced the same Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket pattern as an EU customer?

Yes or no is enough.

This does not answer the OP.

The OP is about Live Chat access, warranty denial, ignored support tickets, and whether other EU customers have experienced the same pattern.

“Kind of like being Rick rolled” does not address any of that.

It does not say whether you have had the same support issue, whether Live Chat is accessible for your account, whether warranty was denied, or whether tickets were ignored.

It is just another off-topic remark.

So the topic remains:

Have you experienced the same Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket issue as an EU customer?

A direct answer would help the thread. This does not.

You are still not answering the OP.

The OP is not a request for random forum users to conduct a public audit of private support files, GDPR correspondence, settlement material, serial numbers, invoices, or warranty documentation.

The OP asks whether other EU customers have experienced the same pattern:

  • Live Chat becoming inaccessible for their account
  • warranty claims being denied
  • repeated support tickets being ignored or left without human response
  • settlement-delivered hardware being treated as outside normal warranty handling

Your reply does not answer any of those points.

Instead, you shift the thread into a credibility trial and demand that I publish private case material. That is not how this works. Bambu Lab has the ticket history. Bambu Lab has the account logs. Bambu Lab has the warranty records. Bambu Lab knows whether Live Chat is restricted for my account. Forum users do not need my private legal/support files to answer whether they have experienced the same support pattern themselves.

You also claim I have provided “nothing” except one screenshot. That is false even on the face of your own post: the screenshot shows the exact Live Chat issue described in the OP. The rest of the documentation exists where it belongs: with Bambu Lab, ARN, and the relevant legal channels — not dumped into a public forum for strangers to pick apart.

The “your account is burned” line is not evidence, not analysis, and not an answer to the topic. It is just a personal remark.

You also quote an older statement from another context and try to use it as some kind of reversal. That does not change the question here. The issue in this thread is Bambu Lab’s support handling, Live Chat access, warranty denial, and ignored tickets.

So the relevant answer from you would be very simple:

Have you experienced the same Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket pattern as an EU customer?

So far, your answer to that appears to be no — wrapped in several paragraphs of personal commentary.

Bots on a copy and paste rampage. I want a go!

That is a misrepresentation of the OP.

I have not asked anyone here to investigate my private support cases, verify my legal documentation, audit my warranty files, or determine the full factual background of my dispute with Bambu Lab.

I asked something much narrower and much simpler:

Has anyone else experienced a similar pattern?

That is a completely different question.

You do not need access to my ticket history, settlement material, invoices, serial numbers, GDPR correspondence, ARN filing, or legal documents to answer whether you personally have experienced Live Chat becoming inaccessible, warranty being denied, or support tickets being ignored.

So framing this as “accept hearsay without evidence” is not accurate. The OP is not asking you to accept my entire case as proven by public forum evidence. It is asking whether others have had comparable experiences.

The backend facts in my case can be verified by Bambu Lab through their own logs, ticket records, warranty records, and account data. They are the party with access to that information. Random forum users are not.

The screenshot was posted because it directly illustrates the Live Chat issue described in the OP. It was not an invitation for strangers to demand that all private support and legal material be published publicly.

So the relevant answer remains very simple:

Have you experienced the same or a similar Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket pattern?

If yes, say so.

If no, say no.

But turning the thread into an evidence trial over private case files is not answering the OP.

You can also just not participate.

The OP asks whether others have experienced the same Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket pattern.

If you have relevant experience with that, post it.

If you do not, then another “bot” comment is just another derail.

This has to be a joke or trolling - now the AI has forgotten its own name and is referring to itself in the third person - as OP.

…or maybe even the AI has given up now and is crashing because of all the spamming.

error-windows-4235996023

OP means “original post”. It is not a name, and it is not me “referring to myself in the third person”.

You have now collected several examples where replies were being steered back to the original topic. That does not prove a “bot rampage”; it proves that the same derail keeps happening repeatedly.

The original post asks whether others have experienced a similar Bambu Lab support pattern: Live Chat becoming inaccessible, warranty handling being denied, and support tickets being ignored or left unresolved.

Your reply again avoids that question entirely and instead turns the thread into another AI joke.

So let’s make this simple:

Do you have relevant experience with the Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket issue described in the original post?

Yes or no.

The meme does not answer it.

Do you have any evidence? No, still not? Not a single one?

How can anyone compare your experience with that of others if you don’t provide any evidence? There’s nothing to use as a reference or for comparison. Unless you forgot to tag the topic as a fairy tale.

There are certainly users who could share their experiences, but to do so, you would first need to have the relevant evidence and information on hand from youre side.

Whatever your goal may be, you won’t achieve it that way. At this point, it’s actually kind of sad. Move on with your life, sell the printers, and live a life without chatAI.

Woop woop. Thanks, i’ve made it.

What evidence from me do you need in order to answer whether you personally have experienced the same issue?

That is the part you keep avoiding.

The original post does not ask you to adjudicate my case, audit my documents, verify my tickets, or decide the legal outcome of my dispute with Bambu Lab.

It asks whether others have experienced a similar pattern.

To answer that, you only need your own experience:

  • Have you had Live Chat become inaccessible for your account?
  • Have you had warranty handling denied in a similar way?
  • Have you had support tickets ignored, auto-closed, or left without human response?

If your answer is no, then just say no.

But demanding my private case evidence before you can answer whether you have personally experienced something makes no logical sense.

Bambu Lab can verify my account, chat access, tickets, warranty records, and internal classifications. You cannot. And you do not need to in order to answer the actual question.

Again, this does not answer the original post.

The topic is Live Chat access, warranty handling, and ignored support tickets.

This reply makes no attempt to answer whether you have experienced the same issue, or anything similar.

It is simply another off-topic comment.

Relevant answer:

Have you experienced the same Live Chat, warranty, or ignored-ticket pattern?

Yes or no.

That’s not how it works - you know that very well: If you make an accusation, you have to provide the evidence. It’s always been that way. Do you think people are stupid?

Every thread here in the forum that makes accusations also has the corresponding evidence - except yours.

Either you don’t have any evidence, or you’re deliberately keeping it to yourself.

You know that very well, which is why you’re trying to act smart here, but it’s not working. You can play the game for 100 more rounds, but it won’t change a thing. I wonder if this is your new purpose in life and if you plan to keep doing this forever?

It’s been almost a month now.

Like I said, whatever you’re trying to achieve, you’ve already lost it without even realizing it.

You are still mixing up two completely different things.

If I asked you to decide my legal case, audit my warranty dispute, or make a finding against Bambu Lab, then yes, evidence from my side would be relevant.

But that is not what the OP asks.

The OP asks whether other users have experienced a similar pattern.

You do not need my evidence to answer that question. You only need your own experience.

Example:

Question: “Has anyone else had Live Chat become unavailable for their account?”
You can answer that from your own account. My evidence is irrelevant to whether your Live Chat works.

Question: “Has anyone else had warranty denied in a similar way?”
You can answer that from your own warranty history. My documents are irrelevant to whether you had a comparable denial.

Question: “Has anyone else had tickets ignored or auto-closed?”
You can answer that from your own ticket history. My support files are irrelevant to whether your tickets were ignored.

So no, you do not need my private evidence to answer the OP. You only need it if you are trying to judge my entire case, which is not what you were asked to do.

Also, calling this an “accusation” does not change the structure of the question. The thread describes my experience and asks whether others have seen the same pattern. You can say “yes, I have”, “no, I have not”, or simply leave the thread alone.

What makes no sense is claiming that you cannot answer your own experience unless I publish private legal, warranty, ticket, GDPR, and settlement material for you to inspect first.

That is not evidence standards. That is moving the thread away from the OP.

Come on people, these are not hard questions and I don’t quite know why “evidence” has come into this. Yes its fun to read and people on here do make me laugh.

Ok I’ll answer the questions from my point of view.

Question: “Has anyone else had Live Chat become unavailable for their account?”

I have not used Live Chat, so I can’t comment.

Question: “Has anyone else had warranty denied in a similar way?”

No I haven’t.

Question: “Has anyone else had tickets ignored or auto-closed?”

I have only put 1 ticket in. Even though it did take a few weeks to sort, it wasn’t ignored or auto-closed.

No one cares.

You have ruined your own thread with your AI use and misrepresentation.

But that wasn’t the question. It was a huge amount of AI-generated wall of text about a very specific case. If the question had been that simple, two sentences or even a public vote would have been enough.

Besides, the question should rather be: “Have you annoyed support so often with walls of AI text and threats to hire a lawyer that you’ve been blocked from live chat, but not from general support?”

This will probably only be relevant to a few users here. It’s a rare exception - you could almost say it’s a one-off. The context of the question is simply entirely different if the premise is that someone is threatening to hire a lawyer.

You can see the difference, right? Because bringing in a lawyer will likely result in the live chat support being blocked outright, since only experts are allowed to handle this case - not beginner support.

Anyway, to get back to the topic:

no-one-cares-i-dont-care

How is this still a thing? Even traffic accidents are cleared within a day or two. This thread is odd. Is it possible the MODs can perhaps close it? It has obviously run its course several times over.

Can you remind me, since you are here way more often than I am… Was he the one shilling for BL when they announced original MQTT restrictions? I remember his username, and for some reason I remember him shilling all over the forum.

If that’s the case, then…. it’s freaking hilarious how everything went upside down. Probably should be a textbook case of why no one should ever shill for any corpo. They don’t care.

Better not, otherwise we’ll end up with a second topic about why he is being censored & blocked. This way, it will stay just one topic.
