Live Chat with BBL

Does anyone know the secret combination of clicks to find yourself on live chat with BBL? I know it exists because I stumbled into it a month or so ago. We actually wrote back and forth, no AI! But since I stumble into it, I have no idea what sequence of clicks it took to get me there. I wish I had left bread crumbs.
All I want to do is to tell them that I can’t submit an actual ticket because their form will not accept any photos and won’t let me submit the form without them. I even tried a picture of my great granddaughter.
Any help will be appreciated.

I think you may need jump the AI hurdle with this one though. But the first link supposedly takes you to it.

I typed “how to get to a person instead of the AI bot in Bambu Lab live chat“ into Google and got the following tip. See if these work.

What format are the photos and how large are they, lots of places impose filetype and filesize restrictions

What you have to do is you say “chat with an agent” to the AI assistant. Then, down below, it will provide you with the live chat option.

None of those suggestions hooked me up with live chat. But thanks for responding.

In my experience 4/5 responses are “create a ticket”.

Chat can have benefits, but if they have no power to do anything, what is the point?

Out of curiosity, I gave it a try and got through to agent Tiffany

Yes, can you describe your issue in further and include pictures?

Try a real chat where something like a package was stolen and you need them to start an investigation into the delivery partner.

Ask them to resolve a discount coupon that doesn’t work because they have you two to resolve an issue they caused, but you can’t redeem two at the same time, you have to split them into two different purchases. Why, because, can they give a good reason p, no, can they help, no.

The complaint is about chat not being able to resolve things with substance, not do they answer, although that is hit and miss.

Also, they only operate Chinese hours, nit great for the Brits who have to stay up into the early hours of the morning to even begin a ticket.

I have chatted with many nice people who can’t or won’t help and just start a ticket.

The point was to let them know that their ticket mechanism would not let me upload images of any type.

Yes. You’re absolutely right. I did something wrong. Works now. Thanks

Yes indeed. I got through tonight and reported the problem about the images not uploading. My mother used to say “You weren’t holding your mouth just right” when I complained that something wouldn’t work and then she showed me that it did.

I didn’t reply to you, I replied to @SupportAssistant.

I can provide a bit of insight here.

Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to solve a problem via Live Chat because certain information might not be available, requires additional investigation or additional assistance from other colleagues. We have multiple teams in CS which are specialized in different support tasks and solving various problems.

For example, a technical support request might be harder to solve via chat, especially if the problem is more complex, requires the logs to be shared, etc. In the case of a lost / missing package, this also requires further investigation that might not be possible to be done live.

If the suggestion is to open a ticket, it might be that the problem can be solved more efficiently by the right people.

The team will do their best to solve the problems, and provide a solution through chat, whenever possible. And we are actively working to make it better and improve all aspects of Customer Support.
