@BambuLab I cannot access the support live chat. After I send my message, it says that the customer service is not available (see screenshot). Do other people have this issue as well?
Yes, all the time. I have stopped trying, the chat never seem to be open those hours they are claiming to. And when it is open, it is a really long queue, and when finally getting connected to them they close the chat when met with questions (I asked why the tracking hadn’t updated despite being more than three days since they last claimed to have shipped it in the chat).
Tried using it during their business hours. Tried after their business hours. Same result as you are seeing. All I want is to return my A1 printer before the time runs out. Already submitted a ticket days ago.
IT should be currently available since the UTC+8 time is 20:51 (and it should have been definitely available 3 hours ago)…
Yea i live in PST aka UTC+8 and they have not been online for the last 6 days. I have the chat open on my second monitor all day and refresh from time to time. I also have not been responded to for that same time on a ticket about needing updates. Good luck getting in touch i have now sent emails to every depatment trying to get some type of human response.
