Been getting this “Failed to get image from Live View Camera error “HMS_0C00-0100-0002-0008” a lot lately. Also the out of memory error is happening frequently as well. Maybe a dozen times now in the past couple of months. A reboot fixes it for a few days, but happens again. Anyone else? Feels like firmware related since it works for a while after reboot.
Note that I posted about the out of memory message and the problems it caused me with the AMSs reading 0 humidity and not drying, but I never opened a support ticket. However, one of the reoccurring things to be found when researching this that CAN trigger this is more than 20 models on the internal or external storage. If your USB drive is full of older prints, try a cleanup and then a reboot.
