see attached. this just started. both on computerdesktop,and on phone app.
the only video shown is the top 1/5 of the screen; rest of screen is black. it seems to be flickering at the top,also.
help, any assistance appreciated, thanks
Two possibilities come to mind:
- Either your Wi-Fi is so bad that it can’t keep up with the transfer.
- Or your printer’s camera is broken.
But this is easy to check by making a recording, e.g., a time-lapse, and saving it to the printer - SD card. A tiny little print is enough for testing.

power off/on, once the print job stopped, fixed it. i was worried !! I’ll keep the time lapse in mind for the future !
