For a while I have been getting an error message when loading external spool on bambu lab a1, when I use the filament menu to load external spool I get:
unknown error 12ff-8007 071956
And then 2 options:
Not Extruded Yet, Retry
Filament Extruded, Continue
Now I can ignore the error and continue the print, this works fine, however when doing multi color prints with a pause mid-print this same issues prevents me from unloading and reloading new filament, causing the multi color print to fail.
Any tips on how to fix this issue? Thanks
