So I got my printer before I had my computer set up so I was using the Bambu handy app on my phone for prints. I have since set up my computer and when I log into Bambu studio with my log in it is a different user name and I can’t hook my printer up in the app. And I’m just not sure what to do. It also has the email in my Bambu handy app as a different email than I have saved in my passwords as the log in email. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
In Studio, go to the home page, Log out.
Log in again using what you believe is the correct email/password combination.
In Handy, go to “Me”, scroll down to Settings, then Log out. Sign in again with the other email address.
@lkraus Thank you. I should have done that but I was frustrated and did not want to log out of handy if I couldnt get back in but now I realize I can just reset the password if I needed to. That worked! for some reason the email and password were just not saved correctly in my phone. Just need to take a step back sometimes and try it again later. Thanks for the response!
I have a problem logging out of Bambu Studio. I don’t have a logout button under my profile and I can’t log out of my account.
I dont know why but for some reason I can’t even log in in the first place
My mom is having the same issue on the latest Windows release. I believe she’s on Windows 10.
We’ve gone through this dance of trying to find the “log in” button many times before (Bambu: this needs to be more prominent!) but this time it’s not working. Going to the home tab in the app, there’s the little android face in the upper left and clicking him doesn’t bring up a login dialog.
Has the login option moved? The device tab shows a video of how to manually configure the IP of a device, but that’s obviously not what we want to do. It also shows a login dialog coming up when clicking on the device tab, but she’s just getting the video there.
Did you find any solution yet? I have the same issue. No log in/Log out button, no drop down arrow.

Why can’t I find the Log out button? I have tried and tried and nothing.. I am going to uninstall Bambu Lab Studio and reinstall it. Hopefully it helps.

I am on mac and pressing the log out button does not do anything. I have tried reinstalling but I am automatically logged in.
