To start, I want to thank all those here that have answered many of my previous questions, your help has been greatly appreciated.
I have now some minor imperfection issues that I’m hoping you all might have some suggestions on how to fix:
Using ASA filament, (white and black), that has been properly dried, kept in the AMS with loads of dessicant
1.- Seams
The prints I’m making are geometric and sleek, so imperfections tend to shout out, fortunately, they are very thin.
On some of the parts, there are little scars caused by the position of the seams, I’ve tried different seam configurations but those don’t seem to help much (the seam location doesn’t seem to change0… here are some photos:

Then I have this issue, which is caused by using beam interlocking, to give structural integrity to 3 different parts printed as one with 2 filaments
I’ve played with those settings a bit, but still happens (I know it is that because my first print did not use interlocking, but the parts would break off so easily)
In preview, it really doesn’t give much indication that this is going to happen (at least to my inexperienced eye), here’s what that looks like
On the version without interlocking, there’s the little indentation, but no scarring like above image. I find it interesting that the scars are only on the black part of the part (on each of the connection points, both sides). White filament prints first
I’m preparing ASA glue and touch up solutions (have to glue some of these parts anyway) , but wanted to see if there are other options to pursue before doing that (never used these solutions before, so I’m a little hesitant)
