I was having a lot of z banding with the left nozzle on my H2D, so used the wobble tower to diagnose the problem. I ended up finding that the left nozzle had some plastic stuck to the backside which I think was causing a misalignment. After cleaning it, things are almost perfect, except one spot on the tower. Its repeatable and happens in the same spot. It’s only on one side (front, x-axis of the tower) It happens with both nozzles.
I thought it was the lead screws, so I cleaned them two different times and regreased with no change. I also ran all the calibrations after I had done the initial cleaning.
Any ideas?
