I printed a set of earrings and when I was removing them front the plate one of them fell into a small opening at the back of the heat bed near the rear linear rod.
Is there a way to get it out without totally removing the heat bed, and more importantly, do I even need to remove it?
Argh, I thought this refered to the H2D. My apologies.
Try some right angle needle nose plyers or tweezers. I’ve had debris fall back in there and its a pain to get out. I wanted to make a cover for that area but it would interfere with the Z axis.
Vacuum cleaner?
Try using an old nylon or a thin sock as a filter.
Duct tape wrapped around a pencil, sticky side out also works.
