Loud crash noise after first layer inspection as toolhead moves away

Hey. The past few prints I noticed this loud crashing noise. After first layer inspection and the toolhead comes back from the nozzle wiper area, I hear a crashing noise as soon as the toolhead moves forward to print the next layer. Sounds like the nozzle tip hits the print bed or something but there’s no visible damage to the nozzle or print bed. The second layer is also shifted about a mm closer to the right side of the door facing the machine once the second layer starts.

Machine: X1C
Bed leveling: Enabled
Filament: Black AMS TPU dried 70c ~24 hours

Once I saw something small and black appear to come off the rear of the toolhead. I had the timelapse video enabled but it didn’t save for some reason. Here’s a video from above:

And another angle:

And then just a minute ago while recording… So I exported the print from Bambu Studio > stopped the print about 30 seconds later to clean the nozzle > resent the print to the printer and… WAM! For some reason the printer sent the bed down all the way to the floor and it crashed…

Nozzle doesn’t appear to be bent.

Right now I opted to print by object. It printed successfully. Looks like when I print by object the tool head moves right first THEN forward to the bed.

Can’t attached file. It’s only 17.2Mb but this forum is telling me I can’t becuase 520Mb is the limit lol…
