Lubricating Idler pulley of X-axis?

How exactly to lubricate this?

How to do: Near the X-axis end cover, drop an appropriate amount of clear oil between the belt and the idler pulley.

Is this guide correct?
I’m not comfortable with oil on the belt  and wasn’t able to find any guide with pictures or video :frowning:

Same recommendation for the X1 if the belt is squeking at the idlers. Not recommended if there is no squeking, but yeah, I had to do it. No belt binding as of now (~1,500h after starting having to oil the idlers).

A1 wiki: “Every 3 months”. I never lubricated this, but there is some rubber like noise I have yet to determine the source of

That could very well be the idlers.

Resolved noise problem, it was the Y axis belt.
I would really like to lubricate also the mentioned X axis pulley.
Any more info about that in the forum?
Maybe it would be ok to open a ticket for this?
