Please, please, please go back to using DPD as your courier in the UK ! Why have you switched to the worst courier in the UK “YODEL” Always got my goods within 3 days with DPD and now with yodel its been 4 days and it looks as if they have lost it…!!!
If I remember correctly, some others have railed against using DPD. There will never be a consensus on which courier is better.
Well both Yodel and Evri have been rated the worst in the UK for several years running, both don’t have any way to contact a human, but yodel doesn’t even have a bot chat…!! When Bambu was using DPD from order to drop off at my local shop was always 3 days without fail, they have switched to yodel and my first purchase has been lost and now you can’t even contact bambu about it either…!! bye bye money…!!
Why have you chosen to cheap out and start using Yodel as your courier of choice ?? They are one of the worst couriers in the UK and have lost over a million packages in the last 6 months! Don’t you do research into who you are have handling your products. ? I for one will not be ordering my filament etc anymore from bambu whilst you continue to use yodel as it’s a coin flip if the package ever arrives…!! At least give us the customers a choice of different courier I for one am willing to pay more for carriage knowing that it will be delivered and not stolen or lost like my last order has been.!!!
There is a courier even worse then DPD? ! They use DPD here in The Netherlands and it is HORRIBLE. Be careful what you wish for.
