I’ve downloaded two different Sunlu PETG profiles from makerworld. The files loaded fine , but starting sequence is not working properly. One doesn’t heat up the bed, the other one doesn’t heat up the nozzle. I’ve always imported json files for 3rd party filament. Am I missing something or it has to do with my printers still use 2023 firmaware and these files are created with newer firmware?

That could be one reason. Many filament profiles aren’t compatible across major version updates of Bambu Studio and firmware. On top of that, there’s an element of chance: You never know what settings the user has saved in the profile. Just because it works for them doesn’t mean it will work for you. It’s more of a gamble.
That’s going to cause you problems anyway, because his printer is calibrated differently than yours, but you’ll end up using his filament calibration.
A better question would be: Why did you download the profiles? What are you trying to achieve with them? Why aren’t you using the official profiles? Then we can guide you directly toward your goal. Also, how you can create your own profiles, optimize them, etc.
Their nozzle and bed temperature are around 250 and 80
I wanted to save some time. Jayo & Sunlu are the same filaments and there’s no official profile for BL printers, unlike Polymaker.
I manually copied the Makerworld filament profile settings into a BL PETG HF, that worked. So, it has something to do with filament profile they used to create the new profile.
