No one has argued that every single detail needs to be analyzed. However, it is true that certain details are hidden, including what you’re claiming: inappropriate or racist. Of course, you have to look at it from all angles - what if something is hidden on the bottom?
But arguing about it won’t do any good, because you have no idea of the full extent of the situation and you’ve never done it before. I’ll say it again: Try it for an hour, and then we’ll talk about it. Some people have already done this on a voluntary basis and then stopped.
Furthermore, as CincinnatiDesigns has already pointed out: How is a Chinese employee supposed to know what is considered inappropriate in Germany, for example? You can flip around however you like: Someone from America probably doesn’t know what’s considered inappropriate in China either. How do you expect to cover that with just five chinese employe? Should they be taught about the cultures of all countries and learn different languages?
Well then, go ahead - you can do it now on a volunteer basis. Nothing’s stopping you; give it an hour and we’ll talk about it. Go to MakerWorld and get starting. 
It’s not about whether it’s $20, $2, or $200 - it’s about the fact that someone has to pay for it,
But how low of a success rate would you be willing to accept? Even if it is 90 percent, that is a lot of annoyed people.
Can we agree that the 20 dollar figure was just thrown out of thin air? It could be 50 cents for the sake of this arguement.
This goes back to the middle finger thing. In America it is not really a big deal, it is a motion of disgust. In China, they take the “F you” gesture much more literally.
Normalization is the big reason. The more normalized it is, the less offensive.

no one ever said that work has to be enjoyable. i can think of plenty of jobs that are way less comfortable than sitting at a screen and looking at models. (i.e. miners, exterminators…)
i think that it would be very doable for makerworld to pay for it. work is cheaper there than a lot of other places.
i dont know what you mean by annoyed but i think they can get over 85 percent with this system.
it will also discourage people from making the models.
Have you not seen the topics with people crying that their model was taken down or restricted? There have been 4 or 5 of them in the last month.
I would not accept a system with anything less than a 99 percent success rate.

As long as you’re suggesting guidelines that are already in place and MW should actively enforce ASAP. What do you think of this one?

Please reread the conversation and take the context.
You say 85 percent success rate is OK. How do you think the 15 percent of people will feel?
My point is that you should expect people to complain.

First of all: Do you even read what you write? Do you want modern slavery, where you use low-wage countries instead of trained staff? Seriously, are you aware of what you’re writing? Is exploitation really better just to put your idea into practice? Are you aware that your ideas also have consequences? So they’re supposed to decide whether the rules are being followed, with employees who are underpaid, unmotivated and working in poor conditions?
Second: Do you know what this forum is for? It’s meant for discussion, not for constantly disagreeing - any disagreement should be backed up by facts or a detailed explanation. You’re confusing the forum with: “I disagree without giving a reason.”
Thirdly, what is your objective in raising this topic, other than to disagree without providing a reasonable explanation? Bambu doesn’t care what you write here. You won’t change anything. The only people you can discuss this with are the other forum members.
I simply can’t take this topic any more seriously until you write at least one detailed sentence on each of the three points that isn’t just a contradiction.

I would be very amused if the entrance to the forum included a sign with a mascot indicating with their hand how tall you have to be to be allowed on the ride, er, I mean participate in the conversation. Then again, after to many years working in the food service industry I wished the same sign was at the door of every business, too.
I think sometimes I am just to mean spirited for good conversation, or good customer service.
