Recently, when I tried to cash out the money from my wallet, I realized that I could not use my Chinese credit card. Yet I’m in China now and cannot use my US card. Can Makerworld add a feature to cash out to a Chinese card? Or else all of the points I’ve redeemed will go to waste.

The international and Chinese sires seem to be intentionally differentiated.
Your use case is uncommon, I doubt they have accommodated that scenario.
