Makerworld: Trying to give a 4-5 star rating on 3 profiles

Weird,
I printed a file that had three profiles for the three different plates. I rated the 1st profile and gave 5 stars wit no problem When I went to rate the second, and third, profile I get the following error:
“To give a 4-5 star rating, at least one successful print record of this print profile is required.” I had successfully printed all three plate and therefore profiles.
Does anyone know why? I even printed the profile a second time, still no joy.

Oh, just some additional info, this was the model I printed.

Hello, and thank you for reporting this issue. We’ve identified the root cause and will make improvements. Currently, after a first print fails, the maximum rating is limited to three stars to prevent rating manipulation. We recognize this can unfairly affect users who subsequently complete a successful print. We will adjust this behavior to ensure fair ratings.

Update: The next day I was able to 5-star review the profile, then I got an email from Bambu Lab Support that says they are working on making a faster response when someone has a failed print, but then has a successful print. Pretty fast response from Bambu Support - Cudos to Support!

Funny, I’m having the same issue. I know when I initially started this print I forgot to pull up the previous prime-line and it ruined the first layer. So, I cancelled it, fixed my problem (my fault) and then successfully printed. I’m even trying to rate with 3 pictures of my successful print and it won’t let me.

I’m submitting a support ticket for it. If they have a fix, it hasn’t been rolled out yet. Thanks for posting this!

It happened to me too on a model with multiple profiles where I couldn’t rate the profiles at all!
Ultimately I’m experiencing also zero boost and a dramatically reduced amount of ratings on my own models.
Hope Bambù will fix those malfunctions soon.

Another update. It happened again with profile “Artisan KSM195 5 Qt (v2)” for Kitchen Aid Aritsan Chute. I am not going to give a 3-star review for a great model. I obviously had a successful print since I have to photos to upload and this time I had no unsuccessful prints. I even printed another profile first and it was too big - this one was perfect.
I will try again tomorrow.
Last time I got a reply that they had identified the root cause and will make improvements. Something is still amiss.

A week later, I a was able to provide a 5-star review. Small bug, but at least it eventually corrects.

Seriously, I have been reporting it fir 18 months, as have others on this forum.

Sorry, I should have checked back in here after my issue with this. I did actually talk to support and worked it out with them over a couple back and forths.

The issue is that you can ONLY give a 3-star review (or lower) if you haven’t successfully completed a print. That means, from Bambu Studio, initiate a print and have it go to completion. If there is a problem and you cancel it, you can then only give 3-stars at best.
Where I was going wrong is: I DID have a problem and cancelled (my fault), I fixed it an restarted the print and went successfully to completion. Only, that I initiated that second print from the printer and not Bambu Studio. So, Studio doesn’t know that I successfully completed a print.
THAT is the problem. The solution is, if you want to give a rating (because you’re getting points for them), initiate the print from BS at least once through a successful print. Ironically, I’m no longer getting points for ratings, though I still try to do it as often as possible, Bambu is getting rid of the incentive.
