Messy seam issues that used to print cleanly

We are experiencing messy issues with our seams, both on square corners and rounded, they used to be clean with a discreet line running down the seam that was tidy. This issue has only recently started happening and is happening on all prints, all bambu PLA filament colours.

Additional note : Scarf seams are turned off (intentionally, so we just have a clean pinstripe seam)

Has anybody else experienced this issue? Any ideas on what could have triggered us going from clean seams on one day to messy seams the next? Any help, guidance would be greatly appreciated!

The new Bambu Studio version 1.10 made significant changes here. Scarf seams are now enabled by default for some filament types in the filament profile settings iirc.

You can probably rejigger that to remove it or rollback to 1.9.7.52.
