Can someone tell me what this metal screen is behind the plate? There’s some filament that’s lodged in there and I can’t get it out. It is a H 2D. Thank you.
That part is the nozzle offset sensor, I believe the H2 series.
That metal screen is a sensor? How do I get it cleaned?
The sensor is the black square on the right of it. This is just the nozzle cleaning pad, it will eventually clean while the nozzle cleans itself. It’s normal to have filament residues trapped there.
Okay, thank you. I thought the screen to the right of those were for the nozzle cleaning. If so, what is the screen to the right of those. Thank you
It’s the cleaning pad used for probing the sensor, the other is the regular cleaning pad for the rest.
