Hello, I am tryng to print some wavy vortex passthrough fidget toys by RJ designs, but the top layers are very small and keep coming out messy, is there any way I can either make speed for these layers slower or make it park the hot end.
You can enforce a prime tower with the “static” timelapse or print two copies at the same time. That will move the nozzle away for longer cooling.
Slowing down for cooling (also look at min layer time) will unfortunately just slow it down, i.e. keep the hot nozzle close to the problem area for longer, making the problem worse.
