Misprint on P1S - perfect on A1 Mini (Tested 3 times)

I printed the head of Bugs Bunny Urban on my P1S.
The first three attempts have printing errors on the right ear.
No matter how I placed the head on the bed, it’s always the same error.

Then I tried it on my A1 Mini. Here the head printed perfectly.
And… perfect print on the second attempt too.

After that, I print the same file again on the P1S - again the same error :frowning:

What can I do? Do any of you have any advice for me?

The jacket and shoes were printed perfectly on the P1S. Just not the head :flushed:.

On the finished model, everything except the head was printed on the P1S.
I only had to print the head on the A1 Mini.

I am very grateful for any help

The obvious difference that jumps to mind is the enclosure…
PLA is easy to deal with but it still can curl up where layers start and end.
Then the head comes around again, bumps slightly into the previous mess and with every round things get worse.
Often this can be limited by making adjustments to the print temp, e.g. increasin or decreasing it by a few degrees.
Leaving the door open with PLA can help as well but one should make sure there is no draft blowing through.
