Hello! I purchased a new A1 and it didn’t come with a power cord. I reached out to customer service and their suggestion (after back and forth emails over 5 days) is to purchase one. I cannot find it in the Bambu store. Will any power cord work? Does the store have one and I cannot see it? I just want to start printing.
That’s a shame about the poor customer service. It is just a normal power cord but they don’t have them in the Bambu store. If you have a spare PC power cord you could use it until you get a permanent solution. You can get them pretty cheap from Amazon too.

Hello there! Welcome to the bambulab community where all users are welcome. I see, you seemed to not have your power cord right out of the box. It is a general issue witch you should address to bambulab quickly if you haven’t. If your ticket doesn’t get any attention i suggest you go through bambu labs official website and start a live chat with the agent so that you can communicate with CS and work more quickly to solve your current problem! happy to help!

I got a Bambu Lab. A1 combo printer for Christmas and am just unboxing it and setting it up. I was about to connect the power cord and realized there is none. Who can i contact?

I’m pretty sure it’s a generic cord many appliances use, like monitors and other electronics.
Doesn’t change the fact you didn’t receive one, but a quick trip the thrift store, or going through your house could turn one up fast.
