I was behind my printer for something and I realized that I could see daylight through this screw hole.. is this normal???
Seems so. Mine has it too. I believe even the P1S did not have all screwholes fitted with screws.
My P1S, from 12/2024, also has that location as an open hole, no screw. Looks like a design feature. 
Edit: I suppose it could be for an accesory, or a planned one that never happened.
My P2S also has that hole with no screw. Looks to be normal.
