i don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but most probably someone reported your design as not related to the contest and makerworld approved the report.
here is the thing, your design sits on a thin line between related (casino) and not related (party games designs) to the contest and yours is leaning more towards party stuff rather than casino…i think contest moderators are trying to clean that thin line (unfortunately there is a lot of users upload models similar to yours and adding a title to make it more relatable to the contest)
and here is the contradiction i noticed in a recent contest results (future cities) 1st place was also sitting on that thin line between future cities and marble run yet it got 1st prize, and then the 3rd place is totally not related to the contest yet got chosen for 3rd prize.
