I noticed two models that have nothing to do with the biology competition, both spool for reels but one has taken a lot of downloads using the showcase that offers the competition. Already reported but it’s still there! Honestly, I would take away all the download points from a user like this by taking advantage of this showcase and not just 50 or 100, plus a nice ban of a week. This is being grossly incorrect

Attach a flower to the winder and it can take part in the garden competition. Put a star on it and you can take part in the Christmas competition.
I also think the topics should be populated with models that are actually related to the topic. So report it.
There are still too many models without actual print images. I fear that the site operator is unable to enforce his own rules.
@Tanklet one possibility is that once a user has attracted attention with such things as not having posted actual pictures or having obviously registered models in the wrong competition or other rule violations, all future uploads by this user must be activated manually: for a competition, for publication. This may take a long time for the individual user because of the queue until their model is activated, but that’s just the way it is. It’s the user’s own fault. I’m sure many users would consider strictly adhering to the rules instead of risking having to wait a very long time for their models to be activated. But that’s how you separate the wheat from the chaff.

First of all, spam what? I didn’t even write under his model, I simply reported it to Bambulab. What is not clear to you?What bothers you about complying with the rules? Is this your model? This is respect for other users who put in the effort and showcase a filament accessory that has nothing to do with biology? You’re totally wrong, buddy, in everything you said.

Apparently you are the author of the model since you are the one who is getting heated even accusing me of spamming everywhere. I opened this post where I report not only to Bambu, but also to the community people who don’t respect the rules. You rather avoid making random accusations, probably someone else noticed the same thing and instead of reporting it took the trouble to write. .From the arrogance, I really hope they take action against these actions.

I should say a few words. 3D printing is a technology that comes very handy when you have to produce bionic design or prosthetics. I use from time to time bionic design - in this case the voronisation of a flat wall - the way the nature uses to construct cellular networks. This project was fully built in this way, the mainframe and the gears were designed as cellular biological structures.
That “competition” was about a few topics - one of them clearly mentioned as cellular structures - “the complex architecture of a cellular organelle, …, your designs should help bring the microscopic world to life.”
This is why I thought this project might be really interesting in that competition. Really showing that 3D printing can be used for biologically optimized structures and not only for silly wasted plastic.
Yes, I was happy thinking that the project will be a bit more exposed. But in the half day I was in that competition almost nothing special happened.
But now, somebody empowered with control over these contests decided I was wrong in my assumptions, without to ask me any question, - I hope the initiator of this stupid topic will find his/her/they peace

Maybe you are not clear about the contest participation, your models have absolutely nothing to do with the topic. Don’t be smart or, you are wrong! I hope that @Makerworld takes action soon

You hit the nail on the head, people now think that anything can be included in the competitions just because in their head, inserting something that can vaguely refer to the topic, gives them the right to do what they want and even get offended if criticized and do not respect the competition. Here the bad faith is evident where the showcase of the contenst is exploited to highlight one’s own model. Shameful and arrogant situation

If we are giving now one to the other unwanted suggestions - let me please tell you that a bit of thinking “out of the box” is not so dangerous. “Don’t be smart or, you are wrong!” is really a scaring advice for me.
Anyway, next time when you notice such a “misconduct” send a message to the criminal, explain your thoughts and concerns, be civilized. Your message in my “Cell Spool” is really disqualifying. A, you said already you are not that guy… last suggestion - learn to assume your words and actions.

No you should learn by yourself to follow the rules and avoid being a cheat. Report to Makerworld and if necessary on the forum as everyone does to keep the community in order.
PS: Secondly, it is not my habit to write in people’s posts, I report and write on the forum. It probably bothers you that I am not the only one who noticed your attitude, accept it.

It seems you were falsely accused and also that the accuser is out of control so you will never hear their excuses for it.
I did not check your model but if the design indeed takes its structure shapes from nature then you are correct to enter it into the competition. I think nobody takes this position in this thread because they don’t want to deal with the raging member but I am too old to care
