Multi color SVG on an item

Hello All,

I am currently running into an issue and hoping that i might be able to get some input and advice.
I am wanting to print the wireless mouse component kit, outter shell only, but i am wanting to put a multi colored logo on it for personal use at work. I have seen how i can import a SVG, and it will wrap about the mouse like i want, but i cannot color it the way it is supposed to be.
I can bring the SVG in as a separate entaty and color it how its supposed to be, but then i cannot wrap it around the mouse.
Is there anyway that i can actually do this, or am i trying to do something that is impossible?
Thank you guys and gals for all of your imput for this.

@TWZTD_CARNAGE fid you ever figure this out? Im having the exact same issue… it feels like something that should be completely possible but idk.

So you can do this but you need to save each color element of the svg as a separate file. Then import them each. You can add the logo by right clicking, +add part, then SVG, then you can add the item 1 by 1 then use surface to match the surface. I WISH there was a way that it would do this automatically, it would be a HUGE QOL for me.

I read this and was hoping that there was an update with a new method.

In my case I’m simply trying to add an SVG logo in the middle of a black and white bookmark (the white or could be translucent part). The svg file is black and red, but adding it entirely in red would work.

Unfortunately, when I add the 2 color file it just becomes white.

Any ideas? I’m a beginner to all this.
