So I can’t find anyone having the same issue, so I thought I’d start a new topic, mainly I don’t know how to search for it as well
I’ve recently changed to a new complete hot end 0.4 hardened as my old one was a few years old so thought it could do with a change, plus I was getting a lot of filament sticking to it and ruining prints.
I’ve also put the super tack Pro plate on
The issue I’m having is I do a lot of flat prints where there is multiple colours on the first layers for example a Pikachu art. When I’m taking the print off the other colours apart from the main colour and being pulled out of the print which I never used to have an issue with.
Any ideas?
I put bed temp to 50 in order to remove prints as the adhesion is ridiculously good on this plate I can’t get them off otherwise, could this be softening the pla and pulling it out?
Is it the hot end needs to be hotter as it’s hardened steel now? But even though it’s set in my printer it doesn’t seem to print any hotter and seems to get overidden when I send prints. Or is it the plate just too much adhesion it’s pulling them out as I assume the bond between 2 different pla won’t be as strong as on 1 colour if that makes sense.
Hope someone can help
Thank you
