I believe there’s a lot of potential in the ‘Multi Device’ support for managing groups of printers. But I don not have a clear view of what is currently possible with Bambu Studio (my version is 2.0.0.95).
So here’s some questions I am looking to find answers for:
- What are the pre-conditions for printers to be grouped in 1 group?
- Can Bambu Studio handle mixed Bambu Lab models?
- Can Bambu Studio handle grouped printers, with and without AMS, but with the same filament loaded?
- Is the type of build plate having an effect on the ability to group printers?
- Is Bambu Lab going to incorporate managing much more printers in Multi Device mode? (E.g. 50+) What is the planning of Bambu Lab with management software for managing larger numbers of printers?
Maybe I overlooked an official source or certain posts at the forum, but any feedback is helpful.
