My first ever lamp shade has a thickness issue

I am still within my first month of learning how to 3D Print. I came across many issues and have printed tons of random stuff but I am stuck on solving this particular layer issue. I recently drew a lamp shade with even walls and even layers etc but it came out with varying thickness sections which show up terrible with the light. Is it the printer? Would love some advice since I am only a novice right now.
The interior seems a lot more consistent and this extra thickness seems to be built up on the outside.
I am using a P1S with the 0.4 nozzle that came with it.
Standard Matt White PLA.

Can you post screenshots of your Quality and Strength settings? Maybe there’s something obvious to spot. Also, a screenshot of your preview window can help. Flow and perhaps Speed are usually usefull.
Do you use Arachne (in quality)?

Have at look at your slicer preview and I bet you will see how the speed for the walls changes in those affected sections.
Even in vase mode this can happen.
This change of speed affects the filament and how it behaves during the extrusion.
If the effect is too visible, like in your case there is two possible ways to minimise or even eliminate the problem.

First thing you can try is to slice with a variable layer height.
With the smoothing slider you can affect the transition between the layer heights.
This often minimises these effects enough to be acceptable.
Another option is to check the lowest speed used for the walls in the slicer preview.
Then set this speed as the max speed for the walls.
Yes, it will take longer to print but if the outer walls print at pretty much even speeds those effects will almost disappear.
A proper filament calibration can sometimes help as well if you rely on the Bambu defaults.
