i’m having this problem and i’m worried about it
this is ABS, and the printer was very good, but now is having this problem
I would first start with a belt tensioning procedure.
Some of the layer lines, seem to be coming from the different layer times, but the defects in the rest of the surface feels like the belts need to be tightened.

As long as it’s not running strongly against the upper side, this doesn’t needs to be an issue, but if the belt is not running smoothly, you might have a misalignment issue somewhere.
It then might be worth opening a ticket at support.
