Yes. You’re having issues printing from SD card?
Those cards are known to be finicky.

No. I’m not having any trouble at all. I just ordered my third BL printer.
Oh, ok. I guess I misinterpreted your message as you were having offline printing issues.
I had trouble resetting my p1s up when I found out you can’t have two accounts. I got stuck on the bluetooth pairing and never got to the wifi list until I noticed it says click pair on the phone and the printer then it moved to the wifi setup. I have a combined 2.4/5g band on my router and it works fine.
Having the same problem, can’t accomplish this step, so disappointed after all the hype
I had the same problem, I use a hardware firewall (Firewalla) and have a rule enabled to automatically quarantine new devices. The printer hadn’t appeared yet on my Firewalla to give it access so I just temporarily disabled that rule.
Maaaan thanks so much, i tryed to bind it for hours and hours with Bambu Handy, and while my 2 first printers (P1S) where kinda fine, (still was too complicated and took way too long to make work tho) the 3rd one was impossible to bind for month until i saw this, and it worked freaking fiiirst timeee come ooon maaan.
Thanks so much
I had the same problem. The screen froze on “Connecting” with a spinning loader (spinner). It also displayed a message saying, “If the printer’s Bluetooth pairing request appears, please confirm (click ‘Pair’) on both the phone and the printer.” However, even when I was standing in front of the printer, the spinner kept spinning.
I suspected that the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the printer wasn’t properly established to share the WiFi connection. So, I went to my phone’s Bluetooth settings, selected BBLPrinter, and chose “Forget this device.” Then, I scanned the square barcode again to re-establish the connection. This time, the pairing code appeared on both the printer and the phone. After confirming the pairing, the WLAN connection was successfully established.
Hey, Bill. I met the same problem today and spent nearly 3 hours tried to solve this problem, even opened a ticket. I signed a new network contract and set up a new wifi so I need to log out my account and log in again.
The situation of my problem which is different to yours is that I have multiple printers, p1 series, just a single one which I chose factory reset and then constantly it was unable to connect to my wifi.
The above answer from @user_471096830 user_471096830 is right, I tried it and successfully logged in my account in a p1s. On my iPhone I forgot every BBLPrinter in Bluetooth setting, then I tried to bind my account in Bambu Handy, miraculously it works!
Well, that’s just too cool!
I just want to contribute to this thread. I bought a P1S and a new TP-Link Archer AX55 WiFi router. I tried everything to bind my P1S to my Bambu Handy app. I would get as far as the printer seemingly connected to the SSID and having an appropriate IP address assigned. However, it would never bind to the Bambu Handy app on my iPhone.
I finally realized that my TP-Link allows me to not only create a guest network at 2.4GHz, but two types of guest networks, one for regular devices, and another for Internet of Thing (IoT). The IoT at 2.4GHz guest network finally worked in terms of connecting my P1S to WiFi and my Bambu Handy app.
If your router allows you to create a guest IoT network at 2.4GHz, that may fix your connectivity issue as it did for me!
I was able to update the firmware via WiFi as well as print the poop chute!
My P1S printer is not even knew. I’ve had it for over a year and printing happily the entire time. but I randomly started having this issues after updating Bambu Studio on my PC to latest version on Win11. Bambu studio would not connect to my printer regardless of what I did. Bambu Handy App connected just fine on my phone. Only way I could print from my PC was in LAN mode, which is annoying because you have to enter the stupid long code every
time you open Bambu Studio.
So I factory reset my P1S printer and signed out of everything. That’s when I got stuck with this issue where the pairing is stuck on pairing and just spinning. What ended up working for me after hours and days was what others have already suggested here.
In your phone BT settings Forget BBLprinter and turn off/on BT. restart the printer and attempt to connect again. Make sure to click on the Pairing prompt when it appears on your phone first, then click on the same prompt on the printer. This time it worked for me and I was able to pair BT and Wifi and log into my account in both Bambu Handy app and Studio on pc. Hope this helps. Otherwise this is a very annoying issue!
