My P1S printer turns on, but nothing works

PLEASE HELP ME. My P1S printer turns on, but nothing works. The lights on the motherboard, the power button, and the print head are on, but the display doesn’t turn on.
I’ve already checked all the cables that connect to the motherboard, I’ve changed the power cord, I’ve changed the outlet, I’ve changed the micro-SD card, and none of that helped. I need help. The day before this happened, it was working normally. There was no power outage during printing. The printing finished, I turned off the printer, and the next day, when I turned it on, it already had this problem. Please help me, I can’t afford to buy another printer, they are very expensive in my country. And this is the only one I have, please help me fix it. Thank you.

Does the printer work? Like can you view the camera or print from the app?

I just unboxed my new P1S and after turning power switch on, the screen tells me to read the user manual before continuing. I cannot forward to the next screen using the controls (ok, next, or arrow buttons). I have powered on and off several times and nothing changes. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Double check that the display cable is connected correctly.
