the on-off button ligth but the printer doesn’t work

before the problem, i have owned an filament dryer and place it with my printer

Same as mine Bambu Lab A1 Combo but when i open the back case the AC board is damaged. Now I will try to order replacement for new AC board order it in MakerLab, but I’m not sure if it is the only problem; it might be the hotbed also but will see if solve my problem soon..

I have looked on the bottom of the printer, watched the mechanism and an part is exploded. Maybe its this.
I’ve just had the ac bard die in mine sent them photos they identified the issue and sent parts
there are lots of issues with these boards and the fact the new board is somewhat different proves there are issues but now I’m expected to fix this with the parts they sent ,whilst seeking advice about this ie electrical safety doing certain tests insulation and earth continuity just in case either there is another fault or the part they sent is faulty they directed me to yet more pictures and now im expected to buy some sort of test meters and test the quality of my work to ensure its safe
i take my car to a garage for peace of mind, electricity can kill i know this much why should i be made to feel uncomfortable and inadequate when there printer breaks within 1st year what is the point of warranty if they dont honor it !live in the uk with230volts
