My X2D stopped printing TPU

Hi! I have X2D with TPU assist module. I printed around two rolls of TPE 83A (Yes I know it should be used 85A minimum, but works great).
One day printer paused with abnormal extrusion resistance message.

I unlocked printer (some filament stuck around gears, but works ok for a while.
At this moment i have this message after 10 minutes - and always I need to unlock extruder.
No idea why it stopped work from day to day.
I made Feed assist calibration, rewind some filament, ultra slow print (1.2mm3) 245*, but always same effect. I have no idea what I should do next. Broken TPU feed assist? Extruder malfunction?

  1. What are you trying to print?
  2. What specific TPU are you trying to print with?
  3. How are you storing your TPU?
  4. Show us your TPU feed setup.
  5. Do other filaments still print well?
  6. Pictures of the failed print.
  7. Are you printing with the door open or closed?

Swapped for 0.6mm nozzle and work at this moment. Maybe 0.4 tungsten will work better than hardened, but ind this print 0.6 are great too.
