N00b alert -- trying to alter a model from/in Make My Desk Organizer

Trying to make something for my wife. Got an A1 Mini before Christmas and basically been printing pre-made models.

Here is the model I created – but she is wanting indentions on the front – I will post a pic of what she is wanting once I create the Topic.

I feel like I am missing something easy to make this modification – I cannot find anything within the tools for MMDO. I took the file over to tinkercad and can’t seem to find a tool there to make the modification I need.

Any help / pointing in the right direction would be appreciated! TIA!

These are the “indents” I am trying to make…

In TinkerCAD get a “hole” cube and select the radius you want and size using the dialog box to keep the radius uniform. Lift the ‘cube’ up to the desired height and move into position to intersect that wall. Merge the parts by selecting both and use the “union” tool. It may take a second or so until the part has the cut in it.

Thank you! I played around with TinkeCAD for a bit but never could get it quite the way I wanted it. I found in BambuStudio you can do the same thing (by complete ■■■■ luck – just randomly clicking around) but the process to get everything aligned correctly seemed more intuitive.
