I’ve been waiting over four days now for Bambu Lab to respond to my service request. After going through all troubleshooting steps and speaking with others who’ve had the same issue, it’s clear that I need a new Hotend nozzle Edy to resolve the problem.
Unfortunately, this delay is seriously impacting my production. I run a small business and have orders that need to ship out as soon as possible. I spoke with the 24-hour live chat and was told that I still have to wait for my service ticket to be verified before they can send out the replacement part.
At this point, I really don’t have time to wait several more days. Does anyone know the best way to get a Hotend Big Edy replacement without waiting for service ticket verification? Maybe a faster contact method, direct purchase link, or alternative route to expedite it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated — I just need to get back up and running.

You are not using the right terminology. It is hard to tell what you actually mean. We can not recommend a part if you are not clear.
I can only guess that by “Big Edy” you mean “Nozzle Eddy Sensor”.
There are always spare parts on the Bambu Store. If you are running a business, just go buy a good set of them.
A bunch of grown men that can accurately describe a component. Lighten up and have some fun.
