Need help The geometry gets broken

Hello Everyone I have issued with print a tiny tulpan model its suppost to be a clay cutter

See image of how it looks in 3d max

The model itself seems legi I also avoided to have 1 edge per sharp corner in order to simplify the the printing.
I have a 0.4mm nozzle using 0.08mm extra fine @BBL X1C

  • Detect thin wall
  • tested the wall generator to use either classic or archne but I still dont get the geometry correct:
The dimensions of the model is:
    X: 19.25mm
    Y: 33.58 mm
    Z: 14.94mm

See seam

Also attached STL file

Is someone able to solve this so annoying

And I know yeah it shows only the seam regardless the geometry will not have straight walls since its suppost to be a clay cutter.

Thank you in advance

The problem I see is that when you scale the model to that size, the 0.38mm walls are thinner than a single 0.42mm line width. I would suggest modifying the .stl to have thicker walls, then scaling as necessary to reach the desired interior dimensions. Thicker walls with more wall loops would make the print stronger, let the seam location move to the stem-leaf junction, and make it easier to hide the scarf seam.
