Need Help with error message

I don’t think this is the correct forum, but it’s the only one that will allow me to post.

I’m a newbie and bought a P1S last month. All of my filament has been purchased directly from Bambu. About a week ago, I got a clog in the toolhead. Since I couldn’t get access to this forum, I relied on a few YouTube videos about clearing clogs. Unfortunately, the clog was deep in the toolhead, and after several hours of trying to clear it, I gave up and replaced the toolhead with the spare provided. I again followed a couple of YouTube videos, and the replacement seemed to go smoothly. I was able to print a few items afterward.

The problem is that when I check the Bambu phone app while printing (this does not appear in the desktop app), I get an error message during printing:
“The Part Cooling Fan speed is too slow or stopped.”

There are two fans associated with the toolhead: one in the cover and one on the side of the toolhead, which I removed from the old hot end and installed on the new one. Based on my searching online and through ChatGPT, I believe the Part Cooling Fan is the one located in the cover housing. Is that correct?

I had to unplug this fan during the hot end replacement. All three plug connectors were fairly tight before removal, but they no longer seem that way. I believe the housing fan plugs into the top connector—is that correct? And is the correct orientation for the connector with the wires pointing downward?

I have removed the cover and tried 4–5 times to reseat and reconnect this plug, but I honestly feel like I’m missing something. Could someone point out what I might be doing wrong?

Also, I apologize if this comes across as overly frustrated. I did spend extra money on a Bambu Labs printer, and it’s been discouraging how difficult it has been to get official technical support.

One way to check the operation of the part cooling fan is by either using the Handy app, Bambu Studio or the Printer display to turn on the Part cooling fan and see if fan does in fact turn on.
