I’m having some problems lately, and would love to get some help. The pictures shows a model which is printed with 0,2mm nozzle with the same filament and basicly same settings, but with about 6 months apart. The ugly one stays ugly, even though I’ve tried to tweek the settings and calibrated both the filament through Studio and to calibrate my machine. Newly served and tried loosening and resetting the belt behind.
Any other print seems fine.
Does anyone have any tips?
Edit: ugly is left in one picture and right in the other.
I would say that the bottom photo, the left one [bad], is overextruding slightly. Reduce flow rate of at least your black filament?
However, the top photo, the right one [bad] looks almost like the bottom surface is underextruding, or running far too fast or with an incorrect pressure advance setting, or maybe too far away from the plate [wrong plate selected during slice].
I’d start with machine self-calibration [which you said youve done], and slice up a flow RATE calibration.
Thank you for the help, will check out all this tomorrow. And yeah, it seems like it’s overextruding on top with some issues with the first layer. Will try to reduce speed also, see if it works.
