Need to send a Support Ticket, but can't get my Printer Log File

I am trying to submit a ticket, but I can’t get my printer log file, so the web site page will not let me submit the ticket without the file.

Is there any way around this? I’ve tried Live Chat, but that’s just circular illogic.

Upload an empty file with the right file extension?

You could also file the ticket from Bamby Handy, it will grab and append the Log automatically.
