Needle scratch plate

Hi All,

Sometimes when I send an object to the printer (A1 Mini) from Bambu Studio the needle scratch on the plate. And sometimes it doesn’t do this.

What can this be?

I did the steps. The 4 screws were tighten already. The bed levelling has been done after the stretch… All prints are perfect. Only thing the scratch sound… I don’t think that’s ok for the needle on long term…

verify which plate type is selected in Bambu Studio; if Smooth Plate is selected but Textured Plate is installed on the printer, i would think that this behavior is “normal” (Smooth Plate is thinner than the Textured one)

Already looked to this also. The file was send from BS to Mini with textured PEI Plate type. (your suggestion I found out in past when I had the wrong type).

But some prints are doing great without the scratch and sometimes I get this issue… I can’t reproduce this.

I did an out of the box test. I use most of the time a GCode where the vibration is comment out:

Guess what… When I use the normal profile where this vibration is active he whole scratch part is gone. When I create a new print with the vibration off the scratch is back again.
