New AP board Serial Registration is an absolute JOKE

What in the actual ■■■■ is up with BL and this obviously automated serial registration?

This printer lasted 3 days out of the box before the WiFi took a dump, and after talking to support they sent a new AP board and antenna. Replace those no issue, and verified that everything was working, all issues fixed.

go to register the new serial and I have no CLUE what these ppl want, I have supplied the QR code serial that I get when I scan the one inside the printer on the top right, I have supplied a pic of it, I have supplied the QR code from the back of the new board, and they have now denied it FOUR TIMES.

I am beyond annoyed with this crap.

the last time I even supplied in the notes my support ticket as well as every single SN on the machine and my damn receipt order # from the original purchase just praying a human would look at it, but no. We are now on day 6 of this crap.

Can ANYONE from bambu support look into this because your automated systems are terrible.

Is that the form you used?

I did it twice and both times it was registered less than 24hrs after filling the form.

Have you tried on your printer that it’s not already registered. The second time it was registered before I receive notification. If it’s denied, I can only see 4 things that would make it so

  1. You made a typo in the S/N (O instead of 0, 8 instead of B)
  2. There’s a bug in bambu database that registered your old SN to a different region
  3. There’s a bug in bambu database that has the new SN assigned to a different region
  4. You bought your printer from a different region (China)

It is, I have verified the SN’s multiple times, even had other people verify I’m not missing something, I do think you’re correct, they have something wrong in their system. I currently have the guys who helped with my service ticket looking into it, and funny enough, they asked for the QR code pic from inside the machine, and they asked for the NEW SN that’s being displayed in the settings, not for the new SN from the QR on the back of the AP board (they’re different) so we’ll see where this gets us. Really like to finish this project I’m working on.
