Thanks - made another update to table to include some real world times for 1000 changes.
I agree on the size of printers. I think the SV08 is probably the optimum external size for me - about 550mm wide - so fits into doors and nicely on top an Ikea lack table and is small enough to easily lift etc.
Bed a bit small at 350x350, and no space around it for off bed tools.
Whilst it adds complication - I think some sort of occasionally moving bed about 550 x 400 would be the optimum setup within a 550 x 550 frame. The bed would only need to move when you do really large prints - at which time you would need a bit of extra space in front and behind.

Auroratech has done some toolhead swap timings on the U1, ranges from 6-13 secs IIRC and depends on frequency of swapping.
She speculates that short duration printing is the reason for the occasional longer toolhead swap time (not inc prime tower) as the next toolhead has not had chance to heat up. So you either get about 6 secs for a toolhead cx or 12 plus prime in either scenario.
Depending how well Snapmaker develop the firmware and slicer code you could see that 12 sec or so issue go away, they just need to add something that looks at current and next colour print time so it can warm up the next nozzle for short print duration early enough.
