I figure the same things happen to me here. I did a ton of troubleshooting and calibration, and I nearly drove myself crazy over it.

It happened to me as well. Twelve hours ago, out of nowhere, the 2nd/3rd layer looked terrible, and there was a loud noise/vibration from the nozzle colliding with the previous layer (1st). I stopped the print because I didn’t want to deal with any mechanical damage, and I have tried to troubleshoot ever since.
I will try to revert the firmware/studio and come back to confirm.
