Brand new H2D 3D Printer will not feed any filament to conduct 3D Printing. I’ve not seen any resolves to this that help me and see there’s threads dating back to April.
Here is my process I was conducting:
Received brand new H2D Laser Combo
After set up and calibration; power on H2D with AMS 2 Pro connected
Slot 1 (and tried each slot separately) is pre-loaded in feeder stage 1 (doesn’t go past the 4-in-1)
AMS Setup > Auto Mode, green check indicated in “Place a roll of filament into each AMS and insert it into the filament” but DOES NOT INDICATE GREEN CHECK for “Ensure that no filament is located in the extruder and filament buffer”.
I opted to load a print and although i have never been able to load anything, received error 07ff8003221401 stating I needed to clear filament from the extruder or PTFE Tube.
Manual Set Up also produces error code.
Added Note: I’ve pulled the PTFE tube and run clean filament thru to ensure no residue from manufacturing, and run manually thru the buffer as well to the extruder and back; unloaded the unused extruder by taking temp to 250 celcius with no discharge coming from it.
I’ve tried connecting with someone via live chat, #126 in queue.
I’ve submitted a Ticket for support, it says, "Kindly note that there will be an additional delay of 2-3 days in our response time due to limited resources in our customer support team.

I have to be up front, I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about this all.
I may have misunderstood, but it sounds like your AMS is not getting power. I’ll describe what should happen if it’s working properly…
Since you say “doesn’t go past 4 into 1” I’m inferring that you’re trying to push the filament in a long way.
That’s not necessary, but it sounds like it’s not loading.
Basically to load a spool you press the top of the feeder back (towards the spool) which just opens the feeder “cogs” and feed the first cm or two in to the funnel and the mechanism should detect it, grab it and load it.
It pulls the filament in and winds it back a few times initially a little as if it’s just making sure it can pull it and wind it back, then quite a lot, enough to get a few revolutions of the spool to read the RFID tags to identify the filament and to assess how full the spool is
Are you sure the cable is plugged in correctly?
The AMS 2pro has lights on each feeder so you can see which one is active.
When you power on the printer the AMS goes through a startup that makes all the feeder lights flash briefly.
If that’s not happening then your AMS is not being seen by the printer.
@rayjay thank you for the comm here, really glad to see your support! I went ahead and aquired all new PTFE tubes and switched them all out even though I was able to manually feed the spool filament from each position in the AMS 2 Pro thru down tot he extruder in the printer before switching them out.
Fortunately, the AMS 2 Pro is now functioning and properly feeding the H2D and Im now able to fulfill successful prints from load to completion!
I just got done testing the 10W laser module and its working like a charm. Last but certainly not least, the cut module will be tested soon.

It doesn’t sound like it was clear exactly what made the difference but sometimes that’s how it is…
We disconnect everything and put it back together and somehow it works!
Hopefully you’ll have plain sailing from here on.
If you read through these forums you might think Bambu printers have lots of problems but we don’t see the silent majority who have no problems and don’t need to seek help!
My personal experience so far has been very positive and I think that’s true of many here, and most YouTubers I’ve watched.
I’m also very grateful to everyone who takes the time to share their experience
