New H2S Units Stringing issues

Hey Bambu community

Just installed TWO new H2S printers. Having serious issues with stringing (cob webs) & shiny texture while printing Bambulab PLA Matte Black

This is not a filament drying issue. I’m printing the exact same files on my H2D with all the same setting. the matte finish is always perfect with no stringing

Any advice would be appreciated. It seem the print profiles for the H2S with PLA Matte have still not been calibrated properly

Same filament roll? Or different? New filament doesn’t mean dry.

Doesn’t matter what roll I use. All have the same result. The H2D has no issues

There’s definitely something going on with the H2S. Some items that printed flawlessly on my X1C look terrible on my H2S. Anything with an overhang seems to be really problematic. I think the printer/filament profiles must not be optimized for the H2S

Yup. clearly an issue. So disappointing. Just spent 10K on these machines. Should have got the H2D’S

Feeling the same got a H2s and have dimensional issues when printing holes should’ve went with a h2D.

I did drop my PLA temp down to 180°C and stringing did go down a bit for it. Worth a shot to see

I am also having problems with Charcoal Matte PLA, stringing, extrusion issues where it won’t finish a print. I have taken the extruder apart enough to tell there is no filament on the wheels. All the other Matte PLAs I have tried work fine but not black. I also saw a youtube post that someone was having problems with Charcoal Matte PLA. And yes, I have dried and calibrated my filament.
