A new P2S and AMS2 have been working fine for a few days but now it seems that filament from any AMS slot can’t make it into the tube leading to the printer. This happens in all slots. I can pass filament manually all the way through and out the back of the AMS (if I hold in the button on the 4 - 1 gizmo) but when fed to load, it just continues clicking and tries to feed into the tube (same from all slots). It is if there is some issue with the four into one gizmo or the tube isn’t seated well (which I’m pretty certain it is).
This is most likely a piece of filament that broke off in the AMS or the path to the print head.
Before exploring other options, some simple checks may help you.
If this does not fix the issue, follow the PTFE tube from the AMS to the printer inlet/buffer. You will need to remove it and make sure the path is clear.
If this finds nothing, you should check the AMS motor.
You could isolate the AMS as the cause by using an external spool directly into the inlet. If this prints, the AMS is the source of the issue.
Most of the time, this is something you can rectify rather than an actual physical fault.
Check that the tension arm on the ams motor is not broken, you can print a replacement

Nope, you are following their own instructions provided to assist in such matters.
If you remain concerned, create a ticket and ask them for their permission to use their wiki articles.
This will take a few days before you receive any form of response.
Chances are they will provide the links we did.
This couldn’t possibly invalidate anything so you can do this without any concerns. It would also tell you if the issue is printer or AMS related.

Isolated, the printer is working fine.
So, it must be the AMS or path from the AMS.
Bambu support think that after reviewing the logs and video:
“On review of the nature of the issue, we believe the issue is related to the odometer within the AMS internal hub having a signal issue.”
I am returning the AMS for replacement.

Mine is doing the exact same thing!! Thank you for posting here because everyone else issues is broken filament or lever tension is broke.
